POLICIES
I want each and everyone you to maximize your experience here at Phia's. With that being said I just ask a few things in order to keep us all on the same page.
Phia's is a one on one beauty experience. In order to keep the space one on one Phia's is by appointment only.

All consultations are subject to a $25 deposit that will be applied to the end of the final service as well.

No show, no call appointments will be subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit in order to make future appointments as well as the cancellation fee

If you have to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment there is a cancellation fee of 50% the service you booked. Please note during the holiday season (thanksgiving -Christmas) the cancellation is within 72 hours and 60% the service booked.

If you have to cancel within 48 hours of the appointment and do not reschedule, there is a cancellation fee of 50% of the service you booked.

If you are experiencing a fever, cough, or flu like symptoms please contact me to reschedule your appointment for a later time.
